Has anybody dealt with Gatti on a warranty claim? I built a rod for a friend of mine with a Gatti blank last year, and the tip broke a few weeks ago

. It's under warranty, and the break appears to have been a manufacturer's defect. Anyway, he seems to be getting the runaround from Gatti now. I'm hoping this is an isolated incident, and that it will get resolved, but it makes me nervous about using their blanks in the future. Has anyone else had problems with Gatti fulfilling a warranty claim or are they pretty reliable?
