I started finishing my wraps and the finish set to fast ( may have been to cold) they look terrible. I think I should cut them off and start ( luckily I only did 2), shoul wait for them to cure or cut them off now

I've found it easiest to remove after it gets stiff but isn't yet cured. Kinda like hard rubber. It will come off in one piece, usually.

Yes, get it off of there as soon as you decide you don't like it. Uncured epoxy is easy to clean up with a bit of alcohol on a lint free rag or paper towel. Once it cures, it will be harder to get rid of the residue.
