I'm in need of a reelseat and small grip that will fit a six foot four weight. Cane is a rich carmel color so whatever you think would look best. Only catch is I'm looking to stay at 40 dollars
or below. The rod is being made as a gift for my fathers birthday.

Hey Nate - I can help. For a 4wt. I might recommend going with a mortised cork insert to match the grip. Otherwise, I have some walnut that compliments the darker cane as well.
