I've been cleaning the basement for the past couple weeks so I can expand the rod building area for some more elbow room...so just took a break from workin' on a couple rods and did a bit more cleaning and came across this SWEET CANE ROD.

Now before I show the pics of it I want Carlin and OSD to promise not be be jelous of this sweet cane rod find alright guys, because some of us are just plain lucky to come across such a beautiful piece of equipment as this.


So without further ado' check out this sweet stick!

ladies&Gentlemen I believe I now have in my possesion THE UGLIEST "rod" (and I use that term loosely ) I have ever seen in my life!

You may be right Steve! However......I bet if we had a challenge we might come up with some competition for you. It is uglier than anything I have though.

hahahaha That is one UGLY stick steve....

Steve that is one fine rod, especialy love the nod preperation top notch work

I think it casts around corners pretty well too..because this section is only about 3ft long, but it has at least a 4" curve in it

I'd think twice before cleaning up any more. It has been my experience that these things usually go from bad to worse......if that's possible in this case. Just be careful down there

I USED to have a stick that ugly, but I used it for a hot dog stick until it got too short and threw it away.
