My apologizes unsure.gif … I did not get my rod out on Sat as planned. A few untimely and not so fun personal 'to dos' delayed my run to the post office. However, as of this morning, my rod is in route to its intended recipient.

The rod is 6’ one piece Medium action St. Croix. Hopefully the recipient swapper will find some place for it in their rod rack.

BTW - I ordered a ‘rod sock’ for it – however it turned out to be more like a rain ‘slicker’ for guide area of the rod?? Think it is design more just to keep your guides from snagging on things in the boat. I didn’t catch it until it was time to pack up the rod – by then it was too late to get a replacement. So sorry about that. Perhaps it can be of some use to the recipient. dunno.gif

BTW - Really nice rod there wub.gif wub.gif

I like that reel seat. The next owner will be proud to stand that alongside any rod.

Hey what reel seat is that on the rod? Can't say I've ever seen one like it before! thumbsup.gif

Rock - the seat is a Cabela's XML seat
