What kind of customer support are you offering? $15 for 8 oz. and how much for shipping and handling? $15 for 8 oz. is more than 25% of what I paid for TML.

your right... it costs for me is 25% of TM.. As I decided to sell it I am way under TM.. 8oz of TM will cost u $22... shipping in the US will be at cost... first class mail... So around $2 to $3..

As for customer Support.. I will hand out my personal Cell phone number and if you have any problems or dont like it you can return it for a full refund... I am confident in it... But I am not going to sell it yet... I am going to wait till the few guys I am sending some to, to test it and post reviews on it... I am making it a point to send it to guys that build a lot of rods... I want info on it to be readily available for all when i start selling it...

well I found out something interesting last night... The company that i get this stuff through is the only company that makes polymer coatings... there were 3 but 2 of them went under a few years ago... So that would mean that the stuff i have comes from the same place the makes TM....

I would be very careful about making assumptions.
I was one of the Beta Testers, that helped Andy Dear Develop TM lite.

I am just saying that if there is only one company that makes polymer coatings anymore then more or less it would have to be the same company.. that was found out by research... not assumptions...

There are many manufacturers of polymer coatings. Thomas.net alone shows 68 manufacturers

my bad... i was talking with people in that business and they said that there were the only one left... but i did look at those on thomas net.. Only a few of those 68 seem to make a clear finish coating.. hmm.. I will have to bring this to there attention..

ctious, Phishing Phool has a good point. There is more to setting up a business than shipping out a product. My personal recommmendation is that, if you are going to sell this product on the open market, you contact an attorney as to exactly what you need to do regarding business licenses, collection of taxes, liability, zoning, etc. It might save you some grief down the road.

Sounds mighty interesting - I guess one of the joys of free market is that you try and get your stuff for the best possible price. Let me know if your plan comes to fruition!
cheers
