Anyone have any tips on removing flexcoat applied over a decal. I have removed guides, etc many times but there you can cut down the foot and peel the material. Here I finished over a decal and don't like the look. Basically flexcoat over the bare blank so no thread to unravel the material. Flexcoat is only a day old but afraid I will ruin the blank if I scape it off. Hairdryer doesn't seem to soften it and acetone doesn't seem to affect it. Don't want to get a flame anywhere near the blank as I might ruin it. Am I stuck or is there something that will soften it at this point.

Thx for any suggestions

If it's just a day old, fingernails should work.

Hairdryer and thumbnail SHOULD be working. I don't know how well the decal will fare if you are trying to save it.
A man's gotta believe in something. I believe I'll go fishing.
