Here are my dryer and wraper in dust free room...

Oh man that would be awesome to have as a setup. I have a garage for turning and a kitchen table for wrapping and finishing.
So jealous.

I like the dryer.  What kind of motor do you have on your dryer?  I like the idea of drying several rods at a time.

Should have explained that DIY= do it yourself.  Many thanks for sharing the work areas.

John,

 

I'll try to explain, but sorry because my English, it is very simple but you must have space for this device, specially for carp rods which are 12' and 13' long

 

First i made wheel from plexy on laser...

Then i put the wheel on tube which have to be longer than the longest rod which you plan to dry

And on the end i took the electromotor from some car, it is 12v with reduction, also i can adjust voltage with regulator so i can change speed- usually 4rpm
