What is the difference between these two? And if you painted it kind of off-white you could at the name-plate 'Pioneer' on it except no VS control.

So it does. My 'Pioneer' is VS but other than that yoy are right Rod. Most of the lathes are made in the same factory in China.

Do not believe most things Randy will tell you about me. He does stretch the truth at times.

In Topic: What epoxy has the longest pot life?

All two part self leveling epoxy work the same if applied properly. It does not matter is it is rod building epoxy or that two part pour on wood fish stuff. The key is applied properly.
And yes rod blanks are round and they must be level if you want the proper results. One can also apply to much or to little.

One can argue this point to the end of the earth but in truth there is not much difference between a flat object at rest and a round tapered object in motion if in fact the process for each is applied in the correct manner.

I have worked with all the US product and some from Italy and I find the above statement to be absolutely true. Of course what do I know anyway.
